Week 2 is almost over!! Only 8 weeks to go. I spent my weekend researching my two papers. I think I went cross-eyed by last night. Didn't realize the weekend was gone. So much interesting facts and information that I am learning about the topic for this class. You think you know a lot about a subject. My oldest has battled anorexia nervosa for over 20 years. I am learning just how much information we have barely tapped into during these years. I hope everyone else has chosen their topics and are happy with the results of hunting for resources.
On to Week 3!!!

  1. Too funny about going crossed eyed! I hear ya it is difficult to chose a topic that you think you could write a great paper on. I chose "How to prevent teenage pregnacy, and I have already begun to print out articles and such. It is really hot out today, and I rather be swiming than doing this (not commenting on your post, but school work). Anorexia is a serious problem now a days. What a great topic to chose. I hope that you will allow us to read your work. I wish the best of luck with your paper! I have statistics that I have to work on today, and it is so nice out that I rather be floating around in the pool. Hope you have a wonderful day! Look forward to seeing you in seminar!

  2. Hahah I wish I could go into a pool but we don't have one here and to top it off I am waiting to buy a new car just to get out more. Totaled my car day after Easter. I live 10 minutes from the beach driving but walking? And we have been having the weirdest weather here it's been muggy. Not typical desert weather that is the norm for San Diego. I would like to read your paper as well. I have two granddaughters going to high school in Texas and they said 75% of the girls in their school were expecting or had at least one child!!
